Passengers here had no choice about changing over, and it turned out to be the friendliest thing about the journey — you finished the second half of the trip next to somebody new.
So at nine the board flips, everybody stands, and the bays are drawn again. It takes four minutes, it annoys perhaps one person a month, and it is the reason strangers leave here knowing each other.
Sunday is the exception. One leg, no change, and a room full of people who wanted a quiet afternoon and got one.

New players' hour, four seats, free, no booking.
The change: stand, redraw, second leg.
Single leg, no change, kitchen from three.
A licensed kitchen and a card lounge in the old waiting room — the age limit covers the whole building, dining bays included.
No gaming machines, no wagering and no online play. Everything happens in the room on Dean Street.
